I'm back. Well sort of.  My computer is still on a rampage of exciting times deciding to work when she wants to.  No pictures are able to be downloaded.  So bummer for those of you who just want to see my two sweeties. I know I'm bummed about not being able to post them, because of coarse I think they are adorable to look at. :)  but that's from a mom who is like all of you out there too whom think your own kids are just so cute. And they are! Keep believing it. That's what makes this motherhood role have an added blessing each day. Just look at your kids precious little faces and say, "wow God, thanks for this sweet face to look at each day as a reminder of your goodness, provision, and blessings".

I love that children are a blessing from the Lord.  I love that my children are a means of the Lord to continue to reveal my need for Christ and to walk in the Holy Spirit.  I love that my children are watching me ALL the time because it causes me to way my words and actions in light of the gospel. These eyes and ears are learning and taking after their momma and daddy. My oh my, Jesus help me.  And I've been learning that's exactly what it takes each day- A confession and a consistant reminder to myself of saying,"My oh my, Jesus help me!"  It's good to be so gently, or maybe it's abruptly, reminded of this.  It's humbling to say the least.  And for this I am thankful.

So Summer is here. At least that's what the calendar says. Weather has a bit of catching up to do apparently. However, my family is doing our best to embrace the 'crazy' rain and clouds that greet us these summer days.  Afterall, who can't have fun in a rain puddle or mud puddle around my newly planted garden. According to Silas that's the best way to spend an afternoon.  He even thinks the dirt makes a nice snack.  Lovely.
